Bellamy Daytona Student Housing Taking Reservations for Tours

Daytona Beach, Fla. (February 2019) – Bellamy Daytona Student Apartments is now taking reservations for hard hat tours of the community, which is on schedule to open in time for the 2019 fall semester. More than half of the rooms are already pre-leased, and the community is expected to be fully leased.

The gated, four-story resort-style community is open to students enrolled in any area college or university. Each resident will have his or her own private bedroom, bath and study area. Each fully-furnished apartment has a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, a living room, and a washer and dryer. The community will also feature a resort-style pool and sundeck, 24-hour fitness center, a tanning salon, and outdoor grilling areas.

State of the art security and smart home technology – including Amazon Alexa, a 55” Smart TV, and a thermostat and lock controlled by a smartphone app – is integrated into each apartment. Students can add additional smart home features to create an entire tech ecosystem in their apartments. Cable TV and WiFi Internet access are also available.


The four-bedroom apartment is the most popular floor plan but limited space is available in the two-story five-bedroom penthouses overlooking the lake and fountain. Bellamy Daytona is open to all students of higher education institutions including Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach; Daytona State College; The Florida State University College of Medicine, Daytona Beach; The University of Central Florida, Daytona Beach; Bethune Cookman University; and Keiser University, Daytona Beach.

The community, located on quiet Jimmy Ann Drive near Halifax Hospital, is especially convenient for healthcare students and within walking distance of ONE Daytona.


When completed, the Daytona Beach community will have 96 fully-furnished apartments with 376 private bedrooms. Bellamy Daytona is Mallory & Evans’ seventh student housing development and its first in Florida. Caliber Living is managing and leasing the Bellamy student housing brand.
