Mallory & Evans, Inc. was incorporated in 1956 in Atlanta, Georgia. During the forty-six years that the company has operated, affiliates and subsidiaries have been formed as the demands of the marketplace have changed.
The firm that began as a design and construction company operating primarily in Georgia grew into a total Turn-Key Process Design and Construction company operating throughout the United States. Along the way, the companies moved into general construction, equipment and property leasing and, ultimately, facility development, ownership and management.
The companies are well known for their extensive in-house capabilities. Their financial resources and those of their team, combined with the creativity of their financial advisers and underwriters, have been more than adequate to meet the financing requirements of past and on-going projects. The companies have entered into partnerships with governments and airports where that form of project delivery has been deemed necessary.
The forty-seven year old Mallory & Evans family of companies is and has been owned exclusively by John Dixon and Dave Garrett for nearly twenty-one years.
John Dixon and Dave Garrett joined forces nineteen years ago as partners to create a group of companies that specialize in the design, construction, development and financing of a broad range of projects. They came to this association with very different, but totally symbiotic experiences.
